Added

• Players can belong to multiple groups
• Progressive group creation cost (default: $20,000 → $40,000 → $80,000 → … ×2 each time a player creates another group as leader)
• /group create <name> now shows a chat confirmation with ordinal (1st, 2nd, 3rd…) and cost, plus clickable [Confirm] [Cancel]
• /group mygroups — list groups you are in
• /group select <name> (alias /group switch) — set your active group for multi-group commands
• Config option: group-create-base-cost (default 20000.0)

Changed

• Group invites no longer block players who are already in another group
• Commands that need a group use the active group; if you are in several and none is selected, you are prompted to use /group select
