Initial Release of TakkunsHomePlugin

This version introduces a simple and efficient home system for Paper/Spigot 1.21 servers. Players can set up to 5 homes, teleport using commands or a GUI, and manage their homes easily through an intuitive interface.

Includes a teleport countdown system that cancels on movement or damage, as well as configurable language support via config.yml (English/Japanese).
