Added null checkers for tag values to prevent future null errors, all features should be optional now.

Changes to DIALOG UI:

Buttons have moved next to input boxes for quicker interaction.

Fixed short length issue in tag style dialog box.

Fixed null error for rarity value in EditorMenu.

Fixed error when PlaceholderAPI is not installed.

Fixed some minor errors tracked by faststats.
