Update 26.2

This update massively reduces the JAR file size from 6 MB to approximately 3 MB.

[!WARNING] This update includes new content in config.yml, guis.yml, and messages.yml. Please update or regenerate these files.

Added a complete Personal Tags overhaul, including tag credits, requirements, a Personal Tags menu hub, and a browsing menu for personal tags.

Added confirmation menus for voucher redemption, tag selection, and tag purchases. This includes three new settings in config.yml.

Added page placeholders for menu titles:

• %page%
• %max_pages%

Added Personal Tag creation requirements for minimum server age and playtime, with an administrator and operator bypass.

Added an output type option for placeholders. Reset config.yml, or add the following option to each placeholder configuration:

output: 'legacy' # Available options: 'minimessage', 'legacy'

This resolves issues with MiniMessage formatting.

Added tag statistics tracking, including:

• Total selections
• Unique users
• Active users
• First and last selection times
• Per-player usage

Added /tags stats, new statistics placeholders, and GUI sorting options for popularity and recently used tags.

Added the XItemFlag model to XSeries for backwards compatibility with item flags.

Updated the confirmation menu to display additional information explaining why an action is being confirmed or denied.

Fixed EssentialsX hook errors.
