New Book Rerolling

• Added /senchant reroll <category|any> for custom enchant books held in your main hand.
• Rerolls keep the same rarity, preserve book level when possible, and use an 8-second confirm flow to prevent misclicks.
• Category mode keeps the reroll inside the same gear family; any mode broadens the pool to all enabled enchants of that rarity.

Better Progression Tracking

• Added /senchant progress [player] with overall completion, rarity breakdown, and category breakdown.
• Upgraded the Discovery Journal summary item to show completion percent plus per-rarity discovery counts.

Stability + Rebuild Pass

• Rebuilt the shipped source cleanly from the live release and fixed decompile/runtime issues across command handling, loot rolls, combine/shop GUIs, item typing, and enchant effect helpers.
• Synced plugin metadata so the packaged jar version matches the actual live release.
