Fixed:

• /strawman clear now removes spawned StrawMan
• StrawMan spawned with melee-proof is no longer fireproof for any kind of fire
• Players are no longer able to equip the StrawMan with items
• StrawMan now spawns on top of a block instead of slightly inside of it

• /strawman clear command now displays the amount of cleared StrawMan.
