Initial public beta for Paper 1.21.11.

Added:

• Storage crafting menu opened with sneak-right-click on a crafting table.
• /swb open fallback command.
• Crafting from player inventory and nearby chests.
• Configurable chest search range.
• Category filters and recipe sorting.
• Left-click craft once.
• Shift-left-click craft maximum available amount.
• Max mode button for Bedrock/Xbox controls.
• Per-player colored chest highlight particles while storage crafting is open.

Notes:

• Server-side Paper plugin.
• No client mod or resource pack required.
• Designed to use vanilla inventory screens, vanilla items, and vanilla particles.
• Test on a copied world/server before installing on an important live world.
