StorageWorkbench 1.0.1 fixes optional ExpandedChests compatibility.

What's changed:

• StorageWorkbench can now see and craft from nearby ExpandedChests contents when ExpandedChests is installed.
• Fixed the load-order edge case caused by a circular soft dependency between the two plugins.
• Refreshed the ExpandedChests bridge lazily before storage lookup, item consumption, and item return.
• Added /swb status diagnostics while looking at a crafting table: vanilla chest blocks, expanded chests, and expanded item slots.

Compatibility:

• StorageWorkbench still works by itself when ExpandedChests is not installed.
• ExpandedChests remains optional, not a required dependency.
• Built against the Paper 1.21 API for broad Minecraft Java 1.21.x compatibility.
• Source compatibility checked against Paper 26.1.2 API.

Notes:

• Minecraft/Paper 1.21.x servers run on Java 21.
• Minecraft/Paper 26.1.x servers require Java 25 or newer.
• No client mod or resource pack required.
• Designed around vanilla inventory screens, vanilla items, and vanilla particles.
