Fixed Issues:
- Checking whether the player has a stick in his hand.
- There is a problem with issuing a stick if it has several words in its name.
Improvements:
Added the ability to use placeholders {x}, {y}, {z} in the stick command, which correspond to the target player's coordinates at the moment of the hit.
