✅ Bug Fixes / Gameplay Corrections

• PvP timing fixed: PvP is enabled only after the main actionbar/title countdown ends; PvP is forced OFF during the countdown.
• Restart auto-PvP fix: After server restart/restore, PvP will not auto-enable in the STARTING phase (old scheduled tasks are also cancelled).
• Tick-tick sound removed: Removed the per-second “tick” sound spam during the main countdown.
• PvP countdown logic corrected: PvP enable/start logic runs only in the STARTED phase.

🔊 Audio Improvements

• Countdown sound spam removed (visuals remain enabled).
