Fixed

• Fixed jump detection logic - jumping now properly consumes stamina and no longer prevents regeneration until landing (was detecting landing instead of jumping)
• Fixed stamina regeneration while walking when enable-standing-still-regen: false - players can now regenerate stamina while walking (not sprinting/swimming/jumping)
• Fixed stamina consumption while riding vehicles (horses, boats, etc.) - stamina no longer drains while mounted
• Fixed shield low-stamina cooldown - now tracked per-player in data.yml instead of using item cooldown (persists across shield swaps/drops)
• Fixed swimming toggle flickering at water surface - now checks if player's feet are in water before forcing swim state off
• Fixed player data persistence - all PlayerData fields (well-rested buff, combat state, message cooldowns, shield cooldown, wasOnGround) now save/load correctly across restarts
• Fixed biome-specific stamina config parsing - added validation for amount/interval-seconds with sensible defaults
• Fixed VehicleExitEvent - now properly updates wasOnGround state when exiting vehicles

• Added horse/vehicle stamina recovery support - stamina now regenerates while riding (configurable via enable-standing-still-regen)
• Added shield cooldown tracking to player data - cooldown persists through shield swaps and world changes
• Added wasOnGround tracking in PlayerData for reliable jump detection

• Improved biome configuration validation - missing amount/interval-seconds now default to 1.0 instead of causing errors
