New: AI context moved out of code and into discord.yml

• Ranks, perks, and server knowledge (SERVER_INFO) are no longer hardcoded in the plugin — they now live under ai.server-info in discord.yml.
• Editable and reloadable with /staffreload, no more recompiling just to change a rank price or perk.

Fix: /banip webhook no longer exposes raw IP addresses

• The IP-ban and unban Discord webhooks now show the player's IGN instead of their raw IP.
• Falls back to a safe generic label if the IGN can't be resolved.

Security: Webhook sender name is now locked to "StaffModeration"

• Every moderation webhook (Ban, IP Ban, Unban, Kick, Mute, Unmute, SS Leave Alert, Maintenance, Report, Tier) now sends with a hardcoded username: "StaffModeration".
• This can no longer be changed or spoofed by editing the webhook's Discord-side settings.

New: Automatic Discord update notifications

• The plugin now posts a green embed to Discord when a new version is published on Modrinth.
• Includes the changelog pulled live from Modrinth and a "Click here to update" button linking straight to the plugin page.
• Sends to update-channel-id if set, otherwise falls back to announce-channel-id.

Fix: Root cause of the recurring duplicate-key/config-crash bug

• The config auto-updater's YAML parser was misreading prose sentences inside multi-line text blocks (like the AI's system-context) as nested config keys whenever the sentence contained a colon (e.g. "expertise: rules...").
• This corrupted its indent tracking and caused duplicate keys to reappear on every backup/reload cycle, eventually crashing the plugin.
• The parser now correctly tracks block-scalar (| / >) content, so it no longer misreads plain text as YAML keys. The existing self-healing backup + auto-clean system now works as intended.
