This is the first public release of SpeedTracks, a powerful and intuitive plugin for controlling minecart speeds on Paper 1.21.

• Info Command: Use /st info [block] to check the speed multiplier for any block.

• Lightweight: Built to be simple and have a minimal impact on server performance.
