🔧 SpawnElytra v2.5.1 - Bedrock Fix & Quality of Life

A Bedrock inventory fix, a built-in update checker, and a new debug mode config option.

✨ What's Changed

🛡️ Bedrock Elytra Inventory Fix

• Bedrock players could previously right-click or shift-click a chestplate from their inventory to displace the virtual elytra mid-flight — this is now blocked
• Three paths are now prevented for flying Bedrock players:
  • Direct clicks on the chestplate armor slot (slot 38)
  • MOVE_TO_OTHER_INVENTORY / auto-equip actions on any *_CHESTPLATE item
  • Cursor placement of a chestplate onto the armor slot

🔔 Built-in Update Checker

• Plugin now checks Modrinth for updates asynchronously on startup
• If an update is available: logged to console and sent to the first op to join after each restart
• Can be disabled via checkForUpdates: false in config.yml

🐛 Debug Mode

• Added debugMode: false config option
• When false (default): only important messages are logged — no more spam from save/load cycles
• When true: verbose save/load logging is restored (useful for troubleshooting)

📥 Installation

Download SpawnElytra-2.5.1.jar and place it in your plugins folder.

🔄 Upgrading

• Drop-in update from v2.5.0 — no need to delete your config
• New config keys (checkForUpdates, debugMode) default to safe values if missing
• To use them, add to your config.yml:

checkForUpdates: true
debugMode: false

Or simply delete your config and let the plugin regenerate it with all options included.
