• Hot Reload: Reload the configuration on the fly with /smotd reload without restarting the server.
• Centralized Configuration: Manage all settings and messages via config.yml and messages.yml.
• Help Command: Added /smotd help to display available commands and usage instructions.

Improvements:

• Error Handling: Improved error messages for invalid commands or insufficient permissions.
• Permission System: Added solvermotd.reload permission to control access to the reload command.
• Dynamic Prefix: All messages now include a customizable prefix for consistency and branding.

Bug Fixes:

• MOTD Update Issue: Fixed a problem where the MOTD would not update correctly after a reload.
• PlaceholderAPI Detection: Resolved a bug where the plugin would not recognize PlaceholderAPI if installed afterward.
• Command Logic: Corrected the command logic to prevent incorrect usage messages when running /smotd reload.
