- Split the config and code into standalone features that can be customized and entirely disabled.
- Added admin commands to get the potions and use their effects.
- Added a translation event for when a player changes locales.
- Tweaked sniffing sound pitch for when using the effect.
- Fixed a bug where the Sniffer wouldn't die after exploding if it didn't drop the potion.
- Added logging feature for use of the effect.
