Server-side rule pack for a PVP-style SMP: a single craftable Mace, no pvp damage for End Crystals and Respawn Anchors, openable Nether & End, combat-log and elytra-mace protection, and a 3000-block border — all tweakable from the console.

- End border can be infinite
- Dragon Egg gives 20-heart max health
- Mace cannot be stashed in containers
- Mace can still be dropped manually
