Server-side rule pack for a PVP-style SMP: a single craftable Mace, no pvp damage for End Crystals and Respawn Anchors, openable Nether & End, combat-log and elytra-mace protection, and a 3000-block border — all tweakable from the console.

- Fixed a bypass where players could enter closed dimensions while riding a boat through a portal.
- Fixed a bypass where players could enter closed dimensions using ender pearls or other natural teleports.
- Closed Nether/End now blocks:
- normal player portals
- entity/boat portal travel
- ender pearl teleports into the dimension
- Command and plugin teleports are still allowed for staff/admin use.
- Leaving a closed dimension back to the overworld is still allowed.
