🚑 Remote Health & Hunger Management This update expands the utility of the /heal and /feed commands, allowing administrators to assist other players directly without needing additional plugins.

• Targeted Assistance: You are no longer limited to healing yourself. You can now use /heal <player> and /feed <player> to instantly restore the health or saturation of specific users.
• Two-Way Feedback: The system provides clear confirmation for both parties. The administrator receives a success message (e.g., "Healed player: Steve"), and the target player is notified that they have been healed or fed.
• Smart Validation: The commands automatically check if the target player is online and valid before executing, preventing console errors or command failures.
