🚀 SmartTPA v1.0.1-6 — Initial Release & Crossplay Update

Added Features:

• Crossplay Teleportation System: Full support for both Java Edition and Bedrock Edition players.
• Native Bedrock GUI (Floodgate): Added interactive Cumulus SimpleForm and CustomForm menus when Bedrock players run /tpa, complete with high-contrast text colors and a Back to Main Menu toggle inside the player input menu.
• Interactive Java Chat Buttons: Added clickable [ ✔ ACCEPT ] (Green) and [ ✖ DENY ] (Red) buttons with hover tooltips using Adventure MiniMessage.
• Vault Economy Hook: Added configurable teleportation costs for /tpa and /tpahere with smarttpa.bypass.cost permission support.
• Visual ActionBar Progress Bars: Added animated progress bars for TPA sending cooldowns and teleportation warmup countdowns (with movement cancellation check).
• Customizable Sound Effects: Added configurable sound effects in config.yml for sending, receiving, accepting, denying, cancelling, countdown ticks, and teleporting.
• Multi-Language System: Added separate language/ folder supporting Indonesian (lang-id.yml as default), Malaysian (lang-my.yml), and English (lang-en.yml).
• Help & Admin Commands: Added /tpa help (/tpahelp) and /tpa reload (usable via in-game chat and server console).
• Wide Version Support: Compatible with PaperMC and Purpur servers from Minecraft 1.20.x up to 1.26.3+.
