This is the first public release of SleepVote! This plugin introduces a lightweight and modern sleep voting system for PaperMC servers.

• Percentage-Based Sleep: The night skips when a configurable percentage of players in a world are sleeping.
• Player Ignore Command: Players can use /sleepvote ignore to opt-out of the sleep count for the night.
• Admin Reload Command: Server operators can use /sleepvote reload to reload the configuration without restarting the server. (Permission: sleepvote.reload)
• Configurable Delay: A configurable delay between when the sleep threshold is met and when the night actually skips.
• Fully Customizable Messages: All player-facing messages can be customized in the config.yml using MiniMessage formatting.
• Version Compatibility: Built for PaperMC and fully compatible with all Minecraft 1.21.x versions.
