Discord Relay Hotfix

Small Discord integration hotfix focused on preventing misplaced or duplicate DiscordSRV messages.

Fixed

• Fixed first-join, join, quit, and advancement Discord messages falling back to global-chat when their own Discord route or template was not configured.
• Fixed duplicate DiscordSRV relays when the main DiscordSRV channel was also listed in SIR's Discord channel IDs.

Notes / Recommendations

• Restart your server after updating.
• No configuration reset is required.
• If you want join, quit, first-join, or advancement messages in Discord, make sure those sections have their own channel IDs and message/template settings.
