MOTD and Channels Fixes

Update focused on MOTD improvements, Channels routing fixes, and cleaner bundled module updates.

Added

• Added support for centered MOTD lines using the <C> prefix shown in the default MOTD examples.

Changed

• Updated the bundled Takion text/runtime handling used by SIR modules.
• Improved legacy migration handling for module files.
• SIR now cleans up old bundled module or command jars when they are replaced by newer bundled versions.

Fixed

• Fixed configured MOTD server icons not loading correctly from the modules/motd/icons folder.
• Fixed prefix-only Channels, such as staff/global/trade-style channels, being able to become the normal chat fallback after inheritance.
• Fixed empty channel messages not being rejected correctly when empty messages are disabled.

Notes / Recommendations

• If you use custom Channels configs, review prefix-only channels and make sure they are not selected as default chat fallbacks.
• If you use MOTD icons, make sure your selected image exists in modules/motd/icons and matches server-icon.image.
