New "Radio" volume slider in Simple Voice Chat's volume menu (press V). Each player sets their own radio volume, including the tuning click, and it adds no load on the server.

New voice.volume-category config section to set the slider's name, description and icon, or turn it off.

Fixes:

Fixed a crash on Folia when running /radio reload with players online.

Fixed a possible crash on Folia when the server shuts down with players online.

/radio reload now only re-registers crafting recipes when something that affects them changed.

Crafted radios now pick up reloaded changes to the default frequency and item text.

Removed:

On Folia, crafting recipe changes can no longer be applied with /radio reload while players are online. Restart the server, or reload when nobody is online.
