Simple No Beam Beacon

Initial Sponge release

• Added support for SpongeVanilla 26.2.
• Added a server-side Mixin that allows tinted glass to hide beacon beams without disabling beacon effects.
• Preserved native beacon pyramid validation, ranges, durations, effect levels, sounds, and activation behavior.
• Kept real tinted glass visible to clients while preventing the beacon beam from rendering.
• No commands, permissions, configuration, client mods, or resource packs are required.
