SimpleEnderButt

Here's what's new in this version:

• introduced changelogs, where I explain everything new about each version
• SimpleEnderButt now requires Paper or a fork of it (Purpur, Folia) on 1.18.2 or newer, and requires Java 17+ to run
• reloading is now /seb reload, with the simpleenderbutt.command.reload permission
• a reload now updates the EnderButt players are already holding without needing to rejoin
• renaming the item no longer stops existing copies from working
• added MiniMessage support, legacy still works tho
• sound.name takes sound keys like block.note_block.bit, so resource pack sounds work too
• added messages.reloaded
• clicking an empty slot no longer throws an error in console
