Simple Voice Chat Player Voice Recorder (Server-Side)

• New primary command /vrec (aliases still include pvr)
• Full in-game GUI: recording toggle, settings tabs, file browser, purge tools
• Settings draft workflow: edit → Save / Cancel / Reset Defaults
• Chat prompts for durations and numeric studio values
• Format picker is a single WAV ↔ OGG switch (WAV marked recommended)

• Private Voice Chat playback of WAV (and OGG if ffmpeg is available)
• Robust WAV reader for live/unfinalized files (fixes Negative seek offset)

• Audio quality pipeline retained from 2.x (Opus decode → studio → WAV/OGG)

Upgrade notes

• Drop the new JAR over the old one and restart
• Existing config.yml is migrated automatically
• Prefer /vrec going forward; /pvr still works as an alias
