Initial release of SharedSurvival!

Shared health, hunger and inventory (main, armor, offhand) for all online players.
Everyone dies together when the shared health reaches zero; nothing is dropped on death.
Anti-dupe lock: simultaneous drops, pickups, clicks, placements and similar actions can no longer duplicate items.
Works on newer versions where the old max-health attribute constant no longer exists.
Prints an author banner to the console on startup.
Supports 1.21 - 26.2. Tested on Purpur 1.21, 1.21.1, 1.21.3, 1.21.4, 1.21.5, 1.21.8, 1.21.11, 26.1.2 and 26.2.
