Added cross-server chat support!

• Also added:
  • Custom chat formatting
  • Custom Join/leave messages (with the ability to turn them off)
  • Cross-server messaging with /w

New feature: /inv

• Have multiple inventory instances (Full inventory, hotbar, armor, offhand)
• Perfect for admins who needs another inventory palette for testing, or building, etc.

NOTE: This feature has not been tested fully yet. Glitches may occur so it is not advisable to give players permission to use this command!
