PATCH NOTES:

• When jailing Players it will now save their previous location to the jail.yml file value meaning on release they will be teleported to where they were previously.
• You can now state a reason for jailing a player via the following format: /jail <player> <duration> <jail> <reason> which will also be saved in the file and be stated to the jailed player.
• Updated the 'jail-success', 'jail-target' and 'jail-target-attempt' lang.yml file values to have new messages including the new variable "". You can either wipe your file, add this variable yourself, or copy it from the Lang.yml file on Spigot, Modrinth or Bukkit.
• Updated the ServerEssentials API to have various Jail Events and also the ability to set players to jailed, released and if they are jailed.
• Fixed an issue causing the Server Shutdown process to be slowed because it was attempting to save the JailFile asynchronously, this is no longer the case and on shutdown it will execute on the main thread removing the error and improving quickness to shutdown.
