✨ A new base for SeriousRP

As for my other project FireEquipment the whole plugin was rewritten with today's standards and my improved knowledge ! I'll be adding more features and stuff soon I hope ! 🍀

🗒️ Here's the highlights :

• Added Spigot compat with 1.18, 1.19, 1.20, 1.21 (tho it may not work on 1.18, 1.19 depending on your Java version, feel free to open an issue)
• Updated and optimized code
• Added quality and security processes with SonarQube
• Added licence GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE so you can contribute to the project !

• /medics command is renamed to /vitals (/medics serves as an alias now)
• Reworked /vitals to get information easier to read
• Fixed a bug where a player in the comate could be propelled in the air when kicked
• Fixed a logic where you could be in the comate in creative or spectator mode
