AFK Exclude (afk-exclude: true)

• The salary.afk-exclude config was read but never used during payment
• AFK verification is now done in SalaryManager.pay() before any payment
• Detection via Essentials (reflection, without compile-time dependency), with fallback PlaceholderAPI (%essentials_afk%)

Deferred payment (offline-payment)

• The payment made upon reconnection did not take into account the boost nor the permission bonus
• The calculation is now identical to online payment: base × missed periods × boost × bonus

New UpdateChecker class that queries the GitHub API (/releases/latest) asynchronously at startup
