New Features

• Added rtp-gui in config.yml:
  • true — /rtp opens the world-selection GUI (default).
  • false — disables the GUI; /rtp displays command usage.
• Added direct teleport commands:
  • /rtp overworld
  • /rtp nether
  • /rtp the end
• Added tab completion for destination commands.

Behavior

• Direct commands work in both GUI and non-GUI modes.
• All commands retain permission, combat, cooldown, and safe-location checks.
• Existing configurations without rtp-gui keep GUI mode enabled.
• Apply configuration changes using /rtp reload in-game.

Validation

• Build and command-parsing/configuration tests passed.
• The full Paper/Purpur compatibility matrix has not been repeated for 1.1.2.
