Added a default world safe zone starting from spawn with configurable size.

Implemented custom region creation using /sz pos1, /sz pos2, and /sz region create .

Added PvP protection inside all safe zones.

Added custom splash messages shown when players enter or leave safe zones.

Added /sz info and /sz status commands for players.

Added admin commands:

/sz size — change default safe zone size.

/sz region splash | — set custom messages.

/sz reload — reload configuration.

/sz splash on/off — toggle splash messages.

Added data saving — all zones persist through server restarts.

safezones.admin for region and config management.
