Improves leaderboard refresh safety, import/export hardening, and current Paper API validation.
- Coalesces duplicate leaderboard refreshes and ignores stale async cache results after reloads
- Moves export file generation onto the snapshot worker
- Reports invalid collection, menu, and import YAML clearly instead of failing silently
- Refreshes leaderboard caches after imports
- Keeps release jar output as RuinedCollections.jar
