RTP Menu

Hey everyone! Yet another update today.. And yet another update coded on stream, it's fun!

• Added enforce-world-permissions to config Player can't teleport to a world they don't have the permission for Permission format: rtpmenu.world.worldname (replace "worldname" with the world name [not the display name] as in worlds.yml)
• Added command alternatives to the menu, you can now teleport to worlds without opening the menu!
• Added /rtp info and its permission rtpmenu.info
• Added /rtp menu to open the menu (/rtp still opens the menu)
• Added sounds when interacting with the menu in different ways
• Added a tip related to LuckPerms group-specific cooldowns to the config
• Added an update message when you join the server (if an update is available)
• Added a config option to customize the countdown before a player is teleported
• Added paper-plugin.yml, Paper servers will now recognize the plugin as a Paper plugin
• Moved /rtpreload to /rtp reload
• Fixed trailing empty page issue in menu
