1 - Nether RTP safety was fixed so players no longer teleport onto the Nether bedrock roof.
- Nether now uses a dedicated ground scan below the ceiling.
- BEDROCK is explicitly rejected as a ground block.
- Teleport only succeeds when there is safe 2-block headroom.
2 - GUI world visibility was updated so disabled worlds are removed from the RTP GUI.

.enabled is false, that world item is hidden from GUI.
3 - RTP lag-reduction improvements were added in the search engine.

Added hard caps for per-tick checks and chunk-load concurrency (prevents extreme config spikes).

Added safer sync fallback controls for chunk loading/generation when async API is unavailable.

Preload now supports generate-new-chunks flag and defaults to no generation.
