RPPhone is a configurable in-game phone plugin designed for Minecraft roleplay servers. Give your players a virtual phone with a customizable GUI, useful apps, and flexible settings. RPPhone is designed for roleplay, city-life, economy, and custom Minecraft servers.

📦 Target Compatibility

Minecraft Java Edition: 1.20 through 1.21.11 (target range; compatibility must be verified through testing) Server software: Spigot and Paper Compatibility may depend on the specific Minecraft version, server software, and third-party plugins installed.

🎮 Commands

The following command structure is planned for the 2.0.0 update. Exact behavior and permissions will be confirmed during implementation. /rpphone --- show the phone command help. /rp --- shortcut alias for the main RPPhone command. /rp give --- give a phone to a player, with the required permission. /rp edit --- open phone and app editing tools, with the required permission. /rp reload --- reload the plugin configuration, with the required permission. Command suggestions and help text are planned to be clearer and permission-aware. Players who try to use a command without permission will receive a message such as: RPPhone » You don't have permission.

🔧 Configuration

RPPhone uses config.yml to configure supported phone and GUI settings. The planned 2.0.0 update aims to expand in-game configuration and app management. The final available options will depend on the features implemented and tested in the release.

🔐 Permissions

The 2.0.0 update is planned to use a simpler permission structure that works with LuckPerms and the standard server permission system. Planned permission examples: rp.use --- use the phone. rp.admin --- full RPPhone administration. rp.give --- give phones to players. rp.edit --- edit phone settings and apps. rp.reload --- reload the configuration. rp.app.* --- access all apps. rp.app.gps --- access the GPS app. rp.app.bank --- access the Bank app. rp.app.market --- access the Market app. rp.app.profile --- access the Profile app. rp.app.players --- access the Players app. Permission names, inheritance, and command checks will be finalized during development. Administrative commands will check permissions when executed, not only hide suggestions.
