• added another multiplier option to settings that can be given to select players who hold the rpgtools.premium permission

Added customization options in settings:

• ability to change rarity symbols and colours
• rarity symbols now support symbols from the mod: "Symbol chat icons"
• added 3 different states for the action bar[full, simple, none]
• lore colour options in settings.yml

NOTE: if you are already using the plugin make sure to delete your settings.yml to automatically get the new version.
