Dropdowns that open, click sounds, and fixes for newer clients

• Dropdowns in Studio dialogs open as a real list.
• A click on a dialog's picture makes the game's button click sound.
• Two plugins whose dialogs share a font no longer break each other's screens.
• A dialog's footer button can be hidden.
• Live words in a dialog can take their colour from a placeholder.
• Fixed: on Minecraft 1.21.9 and newer the whole resource pack could be refused.
• Fixed: closing a dialog no longer tells every op in chat.
