RP Dice 1.1.0

• fixed issue with plugin not checking for Placeholder API properly
• added bstats metrics
• added messages.yml - contains all plugin messages, easily replaceable with custom ones!

To update the plugin, just delete the old version and drag the new one into the plugins folder. I recommend to first boot up test server and see config changes
