Reward Hologram

Update required if you're using it with active players

FIX: On some occasions, when a player switched worlds while a hologram was active, the hologram would not be removed during chunk loading, and upon returning to that location, the hologram would still be there, allowing the player to claim it an infinite number of times. Now, the hologram is removed when the player switches worlds.

NEW: Command autocomplete has been added.

NEW: A new admin command has been added to remove holograms within a radius you can define. Use /rh removenear 10.
