ReportToxicity 0.3.13

This release introduces a redesigned reporting flow and new server sanction integration.

New Reporting Flow

• /report <player> now creates a report and provides the player with a clickable URL.
• Reports are completed through ReportToxicity.com instead of entirely through the in game GUI.
• Report links expire after 30 minutes.
• Server owners can disable player reporting through the plugin configuration.

Sanction Integration

• Added automatic sanction tracking.
• Added support for warnings, mutes, kicks, and bans.
• Added LiteBans integration.
• Added command based sanction detection for servers not using LiteBans.
• Sanctions are queued locally and synchronized with ReportToxicity.
• Added sanction information to offender history, including active bans and mutes.

Other Changes

• Staff report management and report history remain available in game.
• Improved integration between Minecraft servers and the ReportToxicity platform.
