Commands & actions Update!

• Requires PaperMC or any other fork;
• Added new command: /npc actions or /npc cmd;
• You can add special commands when right or left clicking an NPC.

API Update

• Added new API events:
• NPCInteractEvent;
• NPCSpawnEvent;
• NPCTeleportEvent.

Version support

• Experimental 1.21.9 & 1.21.10 support, please report issues at the discord support server.

Misc

• Added command interactions;
• Added new forcespawn command for debug reasons.
