Remote velocity whitelist

Initial release of Velocity Whitelist Worker - a lightweight remote whitelist management plugin for Velocity proxy.

Features:

• Remote whitelist management via JSON endpoint
• Support for multiple custom lists
• Maintenance mode (allow all/deny all)
• Automatic player kicks on whitelist changes
• Configurable reload interval
• Customizable kick messages
• Real-time whitelist updates

Requirements:

• Velocity 3.0+
• Java 17+

Installation:

1. Download the JAR file
2. Place in your Velocity plugins folder
3. Start the server to generate config files
4. Edit plugins/velocity-whitelist-worker/config.json with your whitelist URL
5. Restart or reload
