Update v1.0.3

Removed the old continuous snapshot behavior and switched to event-driven snapshot capture only during save/regeneration. Fixed duplicate arena/task issues by normalizing arena names with Locale.ROOT.toLowerCase(...). Added arena deletion cleanup so old tasks, boss bars, and cached state are fully cancelled and removed. Improved regeneration stability with TPS-aware batching and packet-limited chunk queueing.
