Fixes

Blessing/Password red packets could not be sent

• Issue: Blessing and password red packets could not be sent after entering blessing/password.
• Cause: completeInput(player) was called before retrieving amount and count; after clearing input state, getAmount() and getCount() returned 0.
• Fix: Retrieve amount and count before calling completeInput, then execute createAndSendRedPacket.
• Files changed: ChatListener.java
