New additions!

New /worldcapture and /worldplay commands /worldcapture:

• Allows recordings to record the entire world.
• Registers every player movement on that world, and saves the entire world. /worldplay
• Plays the (worldcapture) recording (can only be played if recording was recorded using command /recap start worldcapture)
• Teleports the user into the world where the recording took place
• Can be used in minigame servers where there are multiple maps.
