Fixes issue #65. If a block has multiple break actions, only the one with the lowest chance will execute. Added placeholderapi placeholder's in MineActionCommand. Fixes #63 Added check to verify if MineActionGiveItem can be given to player, if he has a full inventory or not. If not, item is dropped.
