Added /seasons temp now command for instant local temperature diagnostics in chat.
New readout includes world, biome, current temperature in both Celsius and Fahrenheit, plus extreme-weather status hint.
Improved temperature command UX by extending /seasons temp subcommands and tab completion (toggle, now).
